This code provides several camera views which can be easily added to a Maverik
application. The views included are:
A MAV_camera uses the view parameter 'mod' function to adjust the window view. An
application can continue to use navigators, and set values in its window's view
parameter structures (except for 'mod', obviously).
- a fixed camera point
- a "floating" camera (fixed relative to the eye point)
- a "behind body" camera (with or without automatic zoom to avoid view blockages)
