Cygwin and Maverik for Windows

02/10/01 I've done some minor updates to most of the packages, but nothing that changes their functionality (mostly just to unify the versions of dbe that they use). I have a number of updates to the Maverik Direct3D files that I should be adding soon.

• compiling Maverik using Borland C++ Builder

• setting up cygwin
• installing Maverik
• using Direct-X version of Maverik
• enabling automatic image conversion
• enabling Tile Rending support
• previous version for Maverik-5.4 (the changes here have been incorporated into Maverik-6.0)

Other cygwin programs

• winsnap-v1.1 and cygsnap-v1.1 simple and compact (under 10K download) screen grabbers for native win32 (cygwin not required) or for cygwin
• A file custom dialog box for cygwin provides functions similar to GetOpenFileName and GetSaveFileName which work using the cygwin file system (follow cygwin soft links and use cygwin mounts)
